Girls from Burke County enjoy a visit with 103 year old Elma Logue Economos, who still lives at her home in Waynesboro. Ms Elma talked to the teens about growing up in the early 1900s and her life of faith. The girls were doing service projects for the 4th-annual PluggedIn community girls event sponsored by several area churches held in Waynesboro. This is a very special family we’ve known for many years. One of the kids is heading off to college, and they wanted to get a good family photo before she left. It was a beautiful evening!
We just celebrated the marriage of our daughter Chelsea to Ethan Polson out in Jackson, MS. Drew Dempsey was the official photographer; but I couldn’t help taking a few photos here and there! Here’s one of my favorites of Chelsea.

This past weekend, Lorretta and I took a few days to celebrate our 25th anniversary, at one our favorite places, Tybee Island. We had a great time just resting, and reflecting. Sunday afternoon, we met a couple, Meagan and Chris Johnson, who were doing a photo for Christmas. I asked if I could give them a hand, and shoot a few shoots as well with my camera. They have been married for two years. Very sweet couple! These were their two favorite pix:
